Have you ever wondered, what makes you truly beautiful?
I'm beginning the making of two large-scale works exploring my relationship with aging, and the questions it brings to the surface about identity, true beauty, consciousness, and our inner light which is formless, without identity and so gorgeously radiant.
I don't yet know exactly where these paintings will lead me. I'm interested in the process of finding out — of using art as a way to look closer, question what I believe, and discover what might lie beneath the changing forms we so often mistake for ourselves.
I'll be documenting the process publicly on Instagram, sharing glimpses of the works as they take shape, alongside the thoughts and discoveries that emerge along the way.
